8 oz. (½ box) elbow macaroni
3 TBSP. butter
3 TBSP. all purpose flour
dash of salt
dash of pepper
3 cups shredded Cheddar Cheese (optional other cheeses)

Directions:
Directions:
Cook pasta 10-12 minutes. Drain and set aside.

Melt butter in saucepan over medium heat. Stir in flour and cook until brown, approximately 5 minutes.

Add milk slowly while stirring and cook until smooth and bubbly, approximately 7 minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Stir in Cheddar Cheese and heat until melted, approximately 2 minutes.

Combine sauce and pasta. Stir to coat. Enjoy!
