1 cup water
1 cup flour
1 stick butter/margarine
4 eggs

Instant vanilla pudding
canned cherries (optional)
whip cream (optional)
Gma Helen would only put in the pudding and place the cut half piece back on top of the other.

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400. Grease muffin tins. Boil water and butter. Add flour, stirring until a ball forms. Take off heat and cool slightly. Add eggs one at a time, beat after each. Put a round tablespoon of batter in each tin. Bake 15 minutes at 400. Reduce heat to 325 and bake another 20-30 minutes.


Before serving, cut in half and put in some pudding, cherry pie filling and whip cream.
Or you can just do the pudding. Cherries and whip cream are optional.
