2 1/2 c flour
1/2 c sugar
3 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1 egg
1 cup milk
1/3 c butter - melted
1/2 c honey

Preheat oven 400 degree

Grease or paper-line muffin cups

Combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Set aside.
In small bowl, combine egg, milk, melted butter and honey.
Stir into dry ingredients until moistened.
Fill muffin cups 3/4 full
Bake 15-18 minutes
Cool 5 minutes then move from pan to wire rack.
Serve warm.
