5 oz. Bittersweet chocolate
3 oz. Semisweet chocolate
6 T. sugar
1/2 c. boiling water
1 c. whole milk
1/2 c. heavy cream
3 T. bourbon or whisky

Directions:
Directions:
Chop bitter and semi sweet chocolate. Add boiling water and let stand one minuet. Mix until smooth. In a saucepan, combine milk and heavy cream. Simmer. Add chocolate and whiskey. Heat to medium stirring for 2 minuets. remove from heat. Cool and them freeze or pour over ice in a blender and blend until slushy. Top with whipped cream
