1 cup old fashioned rolled oats
1/4 cup raw, unsalted cashews
4 cups water

Directions:
Directions:
Add the oats, cashews and water to blender and blend for 30 seconds.
Pour into a nut milk bag or cheesecloth over a bowl.
Gently twist the bag and then once most of the liquid is drained, squeeze out remaining milk.
Pour into a Mason jar with a lid and store in the fridge for up to 4 days. You can add some stevia or a date to sweeten. I add a drop of vanilla or almond extract as well.
