Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 15oz cans Artichoke Hearts, chopped (I use the food processor and chop slightly)
3/4 c Italian Bread Crumbs
1 tsp Italian Seasoning
3/4. -1 c Italian Cheese or Parmesan Cheese
I jar of Cousin’s Herb Viniagarette dressing
**or 1 pkg of Good Seasons Italian Dressing

I don’t really measure the Parmesan Cheese. I normally add more Italian Seasoning and garlic and a tsp of white vinegar because the Cousin’s dressing is milder than the Good Seasons. You can start with the 1 teaspoon, but after it has been in fridge in a bit, taste it to see if you want more Italian Seasonings.

Directions:
Directions:
I chop the artichokes a bit in the food processor. Add the remaining ingredient, mix well and refrigerate. It may taste bland until it is chilled. Taste it and add Italian Seasoning if needed. I sometimes add a dash of vinegar if it needs it.

mix well. chill and serve with crackers.

** For Good Season’s pkg - Make salad dressing as directed on package, except just use vinegar and olive oil. Mix remaining ingredients until well blended. The seasoning in the salad dressing will settle. Do not shake. Pour off some of the olive oil until you have oil and seasoning.
