1 medium onion, diced
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
3 cloves garlic, diced or pressed
4 oz. can diced green chilis
2 tsp. ground cumin
1 tsp. dried oregano
1 tsp. ground cayenne pepper
3 (10 oz.) can chicken broth
3 c. cooked chicken, chopped
3 (15oz.) cans white beans, mostly drained

Directions:
Directions:
In pan: Saute 1 diced onion in 1 tbsp. vegetable oil. Add in garlic, green chilis, cumin, oregano, and cayenne pepper. Cook until all ingredients are sauteed.

Put all pan ingredients along with chicken broth, chicken, and white beans in a crock pot and simmer until ready. 3 hours on high or 6 hours on low.

Serve with shredded Monterey Jack cheese, sour cream, and diced cilantro. Also good with tortilla chips or French bread on the side.
