1 cup flour
1 square butter melted
1/2 cup nuts
1 8 ounce cream cheese
1 cup powdered sugar
1 13 ounce carton Cool Whip
1 package vanilla instant pudding
1 package chocolate instant pudding
4 cups milk

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, butter and nuts; put in cake pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar and 1/2 of Cool Whip; spread over crust. Mix pudding, milk and other half of Cool Whip. Spread over top. Top with grated Hershey bar.
