3 c. - bread flour
3 T. - non-fat dry milk
2 tsp. - yeast

I’ve tried this bread several times in my bread machine and have been very happy with it. Don’t be alarmed at the small size of the loaf and the top is supposed to sink. This is great to put on the timer to have first thing in the morning.
