2 c. Flour
1 tsp. Baking Powder
1 tsp. Baking Soda
1 tsp. Cinnamon
1 pinch Salt
1 Egg
1 c. Butter
1 c. Sugar
1 c. Canned Pumpkin
1 tsp. Vanilla
1/2 c. Chopped Nuts

Icing:

3 tbs. Butter
3/4 tbs. Vanilla
1 c. Powdered Sugar
1/2 c. Brown Sugar

Cookies:

1) Preheat oven to 350º.
2) In large bowl sift together flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
3) In separate bowl cream together butter and sugar.
4) Add canned pumpkin and egg to sugar mixture.
5) Add sugar mixture to flour mixture and combine until smooth.
6) Fold nuts into dough.
7) Separate dough into 1 inch balls and place on greased cookie sheet 2 inches apart.
8) Bake in oven for 12 minutes.
9) Allow to cool completely before topping with icing.

Icing:
1) Combine butter, milk, and brown sugar in sauce pan over medium heat.
2) Bring to a boil and allow to boil for 2 minutes while stirring constantly.
3) Allow to cool.
4) Add in powdered sugar and vanilla.
5) Place on top of cookies.
