2 sticks Oleo
1 c. Peanut Butter
1 c. Packed Brown Sugar
1 c. Sugar
2 Eggs
1 tsp. Vanilla
2 1/2 c. Flour
1 1/2 tsp. Baking Soda
1 pinch Salt
*Additional sugar for rolling*

Directions:
Directions:
1) Preheat over to 375º.
2) In large bowl, combine oleo, peanut butter, brown sugar, sugar, eggs, and vanilla.
3) Sift in flour, baking soda, and salt.
4) In small bowl, place additional sugar for rolling.
5) Separate dough into 1 inch balls.
6) Roll each ball in sugar and place two inches apart on greased cookie sheet.
7) Bake for approximately 12 minutes
