1 pkg Dry Yeast
1/4 c. Warm Water
3/4 c. warm milk
1 c. Sugar
1/2 tsp. Salt
2 Eggs
3 1/2 c. Flour
1/4 c. Melted Margarine

Directions:
Directions:
1) Combine yeast and warm water and let sit for 15-20 minutes in a warm, dry place until yeast has started to bubble.
2) In large bowl, blend together milk, sugar, eggs, 1 c. flour, and yeast mixture.
3) Add remaining 2 c. flour and melted margarine to the bowl.
4) Beat until smooth, adding flour as needed to create the correct consistency.
5) Allow dough to raise until it has doubled in size.
6) Punch down dough to release the air from inside.
7) Allow dough to raise again until it has doubled in size.
8) Divide into 3 or 4 balls and use for your favorite recipe.
