4 lb pork roast or chicken
1 TBSP garlic salt
1 large onion
2 TBSP chili powder
2 cans diced tomatoes
1 large can green chili (7 oz)
1 small can jalapeņos
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp cloves
1 tsp cumin
2 cups chicken broth

Directions:

Cook pork or chicken...shred
Put into large cooking pot with all other ingredients
Simmer two hours

Thicken with flour or corn starch.
