Shrimp or scallops or both (thaw & dry)
Onions - white
Sour Cream
Sambuca or Pernod
Butter

Saute onions until translucent (not browned)
add seafood and gently cook (do not oiver cook)
Add sour cream (1 -2 cups depending on the amount of seafood)
Add 1/2 ounce to start of alcohol and white or black pepper.
