1 stick butter
2 cans corn (1 whole kernel, 1 creamed - do NOT drain either can)
1 - 8.5 oz. box Jiffy corn muffin mix
1 - 8 oz. carton sour cream
2 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter. Stir in eggs, sour cream and corn. Add Jiffy mix and stir until well combined. Pour into 1 quart baking dish. Bake for 35 minutes @350.
