*2 cups self-rising flour
2 cups sugar
2 TSP. cinnamon
4 eggs
1 cups vegetable oil
1 TSP. vanilla
3 cups chopped raw apples
1 cup chopped pecans

CREAM CHEESE FROSTING
1 - 8 oz. package cream cheese, softened
1 stick of butter, softened
powdered sugar (to taste)
1-2 TSP. vanilla

Directions:

Mix all dry ingredients. Add eggs, one at a time. Slowly pour in oil, beating constantly. Add vanilla. Fold in apples and pecans. Bake in greased and floured tube pan for 60 minutes @350. When cool, drizzle with white cream cheese frosting.

CREAM CHEESE FROSTING
With mixer, combine cream cheese and butter. Add powdered sugar to desired sweetness and add vanilla. Mix well.
