1 ½ tablespoons of butter
½ cup of dried breadcrumbs
½ teaspoon of paprika
½ teaspoon of garlic powder
½ teaspoon of salt
2 tablespoons of parmesan cheese
½ cup of milk
8 (4 ounce) fillets

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 500º F.

Line baking pan with aluminum foil. Spray Foil with cooking spray.

Place breadcrumbs, paprika, garlic powder, salt and parmesan in a pie pan, mix well and set aside.

Pour milk in shallow dish, and dip fillets one at a time into milk, then into breadcrumb mixture (evenly coat on both sides).

Place evenly on foil, and dot fish with margarine and seal with foil.

Bake fish in preheated oven for 10-15 minutes, until golden brown. Let stand 5 minutes and serve.
