8 eggs separated
½ tsp.salt
¾ cup sugar
8 apples, grated
1 cup matza meal
¼ cup ground almonds
1 tsp. cinnamom
1 Tbs. Orange juice
Directions:
Directions:
Add salt to egg whites and beat until stiff.
Add sugar gradually
Beat in egg yolks
Add apples, matza meal, almonds, cinnamon and orange juice
Bake at 325 for 1 Hour and 15 minutes
