8 eggs
11/4 cup sugar
11/4 cup crushed almonds
2 Tbs. Matzo Meal
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 300

Separate eggs
Beat whites until stiff
Gradually add sugar, beating constantly
Add egg yolks

In a separate bowl, mix almonds with matzo meal
Beat togetherall ingredients
Grease a 9x13 “ cake pan and line with waxed paper
Pour batter in
Bake at 300 for 45 minutes
