1 box lemon cake mix
3/4 c. oil
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. apricot nectar
4 eggs

Lemon Glaze:
1 c. powdered sugar
juice from one lemon

Directions:
Directions:
For cake: Preheat oven to 350ºF. Grease and flour a large tube pan. Mix together cake mix, sugar, oil and apricot nectar. Beat in eggs separately, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Pour into prepared tube pan. Bake at 350º for one hour.

For Lemon Glaze: Mix powdered sugar and lemon juice in a saucepan; bring to a fast boil and pour over hot cake.
