8 oz. Cream Cheese, room temp.
1 pkg. Instant Lemon Pudding
2 c. Milk
1-8 inch Graham Cracker Crust
Directions:
Directions:
Stir cream cheese until soft. Gradually blend in ½ cup milk until smooth and creamy. Add remaining milk and the pudding mix. Beat slowly with mixer 1 minute. Do not over beat. Poor into cooled graham cracker crust. Sprinkle graham cracker crumbs on top to make it extra crunchy. Chill.
