1 cup softened shortening
3/4 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 cup pumpkin
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 cups flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 cup butterscotch chips

Directions:
Directions:
Cream together the shortening and sugar. Add eggs, pumpkin and vanilla. Sift and stir in flour, salt and baking powder. Add the butterscotch chips. Bake on greased sheet at 375 degrees for 10 minutes.
