4 Catfish fillets (1 ½ to 2 lbs.)
6 tablespoons of butter, melted and divided in half
1 tablespoon of all-purpose flour
Paprika to taste
1 lemon, juiced
1 tablespoon of fresh parsley, minced
2 teaspoons of Worcestershire sauce

Preheat oven to broil

Prepare the broiler rack with cooking spray (or baking sheet covered with aluminum foil and sprayed with cooking spray). Place fish on broiler rack/baking sheet and brush the tops of the fish with 3 tablespoons of butter, dust with flour, and sprinkle paprika. Broil 5-6 inches from heat for 5 minutes, or until fish begins to brown. Combine lemon juice, parsley, Worcestershire sauce, and remaining butter. Pour over fish, and broil for an additional 4 to 5 minutes, or until fish flakes easily with fork.
