8 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
2 tablespoons olive oil
3/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 cup plain bread crumbs
2 teaspoons granulated garlic
1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/2 teaspoon oregano
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
In a shallow dish, combine olive oil and garlic. In a second shallow dish, mix together bread crumbs, parmesan, Italian seasoning, and oregano.

Season the thighs with salt and pepper. Dip each thigh in the oil mixture, then dredge through the bread crumb mixture.

Place them in a prepared baking dish. Bake at 375º for 30 minutes or until a meat thermometer reads 165º.

Place chicken under broiler for 2 minutes to brown the cheese.
