I have this for lunch a lot. It's easy and my favorite thing to eat a lot, this and pizza probably.

First, heat a pan or skillet on like medium.

Butter one side of a tortilla and put it down butter side down on the grill - you’ll hear it sizzle you know its getting done.

Put cheese on it - lots or little whatever you want.

Put another tortilla on top - but this time butter the outside.

Then flip it when the bottom is brown - sometimes I use two spatulas to flip it good.

Let the other side get brown, cut into wedges, and eat it.

Try it with mozzarella cheese.

It's actually really good.
