Mix together:
1 head cabbage finely shredded
4 green onions, finely chopped
2 packages Ramen Oriental noodles, uncooked, broken into pieces
4 cups diced cooked chicken

Dressing:
1 cup oil
6 tbsp. (or more vinegar)
1 tsp. pepper,
2 tsp. salt,
2 tsp. Accent
½ tsp. Ramen spices envelope in the noodle package

Mix up dressing ingredients, and pour over mixture. Let stand overnight.

Variations:
Add pineapple chunks.
Garnish with 4 tbsp. each of toasted almonds and sesame seeds combined.
Add water chestnuts.
8 tbsp. raw sunflower seeds and/or 8 tbsp. almonds, roast in oven with 1 tbsp. butter and 2 tbsp. sugar.
