Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 head sour cabbage
2 cups basmati (4 cups cooked)
1 cup ground beef, browned
1 cup ground pork, browned
1 cup bacon, cooked and chopped
1 large onion, finely chopped
fresh dill (optional)
salt and pepper to taste
1 can tomato soup
sauerkraut for cooking

Directions:
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 350ºF.

2. Prepare all ingredients as listed above.

3. Line a roaster with wax paper and set aside.

4. In a large bowl combine all filling ingredients and stir well.

5. Separate the individual cabbage pieces from the head of cabbage and cut off any
large bulky cabbage veins, (if left, they would make rolling difficult).

6. Use a tablespoon to dish out the filling and place inside individual cabbage leaves,
rolling tightly and placing each individual cabbage roll into the roaster. A small
amount of margarine can be placed on the bottom of the roaster and between the
individual layers (this will help to crisp them up).

7. Pour the tomato soup over the roaster full of cabbage rolls when completed and
place in the oven for 2 hours.
