2 1/2 c. Flour
4 eggs
1 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
To flour, add eggs and salt; mix well. Add as much flour as needed to make a stiff dough. Knead well and roll very thin on a lightly floured board. Dry partially. Roll up and cut in fine strips with knife or noodle cutter, Spread out to dry thoroughly. If not used at once, put in plastic bags and freeze. Will keep well frozen.
