1¼ c. Sugar
½ c. Butter
2 Eggs
2 Bananas, mashed
1 tsp. Vanilla
1 c. Sour Milk
2 c. Flour
1½ tsp. Baking Soda
1½ tsp. Baking Powder

Frosting
½ c. Butter
1 c. Brown Sugar
¼ c. Milk
2 c. Confectioner's Sugar
1 tsp. Vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Grease a 9x13 cake pan.
Cream sugar and butter. Add eggs and bananas. Stir about 5 minutes. Add sour milk, vanilla, flour, baking soda and baking powder. Beat well. Pour into prepared cake pan.
Bake 20-25 minutes.

**Frosting**
Melt butter and brown sugar together. Cook about 2 minutes. Add milk and continue stirring until boiling. Remove from heat, cool until lukewarm. Add confectioner's sugar and vanilla, mix well.
Add more milk if needs to be thinner or more confectioner's sugar if needs to be thicker. Spread on cooled cake.

**Sour Milk**
1 cup milk + 1 tbsp. vinegar Let set about 10 minutes.

**I only use ½ of the frosting recipe so it's not so thick on cake**
