1 cup pecans (chopped)
1 cup coconut
2 cups sugar
2 sticks butter (softened)
4 eggs
Dash of Salt
1½ cups flour
½ cup cocoa powder

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º.
Grease 11x15 jelly roll pan.
Mix all ingredients and pour into greased pan.
Bake 35 minutes.
Immediately frost cake with 1 jar of marshmallow cream then frost with the icing below.

2¼ cups powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
½ cup cocoa powder
1 stick butter (softened)
⅓ cup evaporated milk

Directions:

Mix all ingredients.
Spread over marshmallow cream.
Cool before cutting.
