Ingredients:  
1 c. Sugar
1 tsp. Cinnamon
3 drops Oil of Cloves
2 tbsp. Butter
tsp. Salt
1 qt. Pecans
1 Egg White

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients except pecans and egg white. Mix pecans in the egg white and roll in mixture. Place on cookie sheet and put in oven at 325 until dry. This will take about 15 minutes, stir every 5 minutes.
