⅔ c. Cocoa Powder
3 c. Sugar
⅛ tsp. Salt
1½ c. Heavy Whipping Cream
¼ c. Butter
1 tsp. Vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Combine cocoa, sugar, salt and heavy whipping cream. Bring to a rolling boil. Reduce heat to medium and cook to 234ºF without stirring. Remove from heat, add butter and vanilla (do not stir). Cool to 110ºF. Beat by hand until fudge thickens and looses some of its gloss. Quickly spread fudge into lightly buttered 8x8 ban. Cool then cut.
