1 lb or more of venison steak or tenderloin
butter or oil
1 egg
1 cup milk
salt and pepper to taste
1 package or more cracker crumbs (crushed very fine)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix egg, milk, salt and pepper. Soak meat or just dip in mixture. Roll in cracker crumbs. Fry in oil or butter on medium heat until tender.
