6 c. Sugar
3 c. Corn Syrup
4 c. Heavy Whipping Cream
½ tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Vanilla

Directions:
**Stir Constantly** Cook sugar, corn syrup, salt and ½ of the heavy whipping cream over medium heat until it reaches softball stage (225ºF). Slowly, without letting the candy stop boiling add the remaining heavy whipping cream. Continue cooking until the hard ball stage (252ºF). Remove from heat, let cool and add vanilla. Stir until a little gloss is lost. Pour onto 2 well greased jelly roll pans. Place in refrigerator until solid. Cut when ready & fold in waxed paper squares.

**Emily Note** I pull off the heat between 240ºF - 245ºF.
