1 1/2 cups sifted flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
3 1/2 tbsp butter
3 cups diced rhubarb
2 1/2 cups brown sugar
1 tbsp flour
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/8 tsp salt
2 tbsp butter

Directions:
Directions:
Sift flour, baking powder and salt. Cut in butter. Add milk slowly, stirring only enough to hold ingredients together. Knead lightly in bowl. Cut rhubarb into one inch pieces. Combine with sugar, tablespoon flour, spices and salt. Spread into bottom of deep dish pie plate and dot with butter. Top with dough which has been patted out to fit plate. Bake 25 to 30 minutes in a 350 degree oven.
