1 lb. bacon
1 tsp vegetable oil
¾ cup green pepper (chopped)
¾ cup onion (chopped)
3 tubes (7½ oz each) refrigerated buttermilk biscuits
½ cup butter (melted)
½ cup shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º.
Cook bacon until crisp.
Drain, crumble, and set aside.
Place oil in skillet & heat over medium-high heat until oil is warm.
Add green pepper & onion & saute until vegetables are tender.
Cut biscuits in fourths & place in large mixing bowl.
Add sautéed vegetables, crisp bacon, butter, and cheese.
Toss until thoroughly mixed.
Place in a 10 inch tube pan coated with vegetable oil or cooking spray.
Bake for 30 minutes.
Immediately invert onto large serving plate.
Serve Warm.
