2 very ripe mashed bananas
3/4 cup all-purpose flour
3 tsp sugar
1 egg
2 tbsp melted butter
1/2 tsp lecithin
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
dash of cinnamon
pinch nutmeg
pinch salt

GLAZE
1 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 tbsp milk

Directions:

1.) Preheat the oven at 350 degrees

2.) Smash bananas in a mixing bow.

3.) Mix all ingredients together slowly.

4.) Pour batter into a zip lock bag and cut a half inch off the corner of the bag to pipe the batter into the donut pan.

5.) Spray the donut pan with a non-stick baking spray and pipe the batter into the donut pan.

6.) Bake donuts at 350 for 12 minutes.

7.) While donuts are baking make the glaze. Mix together powered sugar, vanilla extract and milk until glaze is a toothpaste like consistency.

8.) Let donuts rest for 10 minutes. Top the donuts with a glaze, chocolate, topping of choice! Dip donuts face down into glaze and lay on wire baking tray.
