1 cup creamy peanut butter
½ cup Crisco
3 cups powered sugar
1 package chocolate chips (12 oz)
28 lollipop sticks
Toasted Sweetened coconut flakes (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Line baking sheet with wax paper.
Beat peanut butter, ¼ cup Crisco, and sugar on medium low speed.
Form heaping tablespoons of mixture into egg shapes.
Freeze 1 hour.
Microwave chocolate and remaining shortening in bowl on high for 30 seconds.
Stir and microwave additional 30 seconds.
Insert sticks from the bottom of each egg.
Dip eggs into chocolate and coat completely.
Return to baking sheet.
Sprinkle with decorator sprinkles or coconut.
Chill 30 minutes and refrigerate leftovers.
