Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
1 cup water
Dash of salt
½ cup rice
1 qt. milk
½ stick of butter
2 eggs (beaten)
½ cup sugar
½ cup raisins
½ tsp vanilla
Cinnamon & sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Cook rice and water for 7 minutes.
Add milk & butter.
Cover & cook on low heat for 1¼ hours.
Combine eggs, sugar, raisins, and vanilla.
Pour mixture into the rice mixture.
Cook until thickened.
Sprinkle cinnamon & sugar on top.
Serve hot or cold.
