1 envelopes yeast
1/4 cup warm water
3 eggs
1/2 cup shortening
4 1/2 cups sifted flour
3 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup salt
1 cup hot water

Directions:
Directions:
1. Dissolve yeast in 1/4 cup water.
2. Sift flour and salt into large mixing bowl.
3. Dissolve shortening and sugar in a cup hottest tap water.
4. Beat eggs in a small bowl.
5. Make a well in the flour and add all of the other ingredients, adding dissolved yeast last.
6. Beat the mixture until well mixed.
7. Cover and let rise until double in bulk.
8. Stir down, cover and place in refrigerator over night.
9. Make into desired rolls and let rise for three hours.
10. Bake in 400 degree oven for 10 minutes.
