3 cup carrots (grated)
1 cup nuts
1 cup Wesson oil
2 cup sugar
4 eggs
2 cup flour
1 teaspoon soda
2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt

Directions:
Directions:
1. Beat together carrots, nuts, oil, sugar, and eggs.
2. Add flour, soda, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt.
3. Bake at 35 degrees at loaf cake rate (45 minutes)
