1 pkg. Yeast
½ c. Sugar
1 tsp. Salt
1 c. Milk
½ c. Butter
3 Eggs
4 c. Flour

Directions:
Directions:
Scald milk, cool to luke warm and add yeast. Cream butter and sugar. Add well beaten eggs and salt. Alternate flour and milk. Stir well. Place in a greased bowl and let set overnight in a warm room.
In the morning, divide in half. Use just enough flour to keep from sticking. Roll each one in a circle. Cut into 4 pieces (like pie), then cut each quarter into 3 pieces. Starting at the big end roll up. Let rise 4 hours. Bake at 375º for 10-12 minutes.
