2 to 4 bone-in pork chops

Marinade

2 tsp. ground coriander
1 teaspoon cumin
1 tablespoon jalapeno juice
1/4 cup chopped jalapenos, pickled or fresh
2 cloves of garlic
1 teaspoon sugar


1 teaspoon Chili Lime seasoning
1 red onion sliced

Directions:
Directions:
Pound pork chops to tenderize. Make marinade. Combine jalapeno juice, jalapenos, coriander, cumin, sugar, garlic, salt and pepper, olive oil. Marinate 12 to 24 hours.

Fry pork chops in olive oil or butter, add onions and chili lime seasoning. Finish with tomatillo sauce and salt & pepper.
