½ cup chopped cilantro

Pepitas for garnish

2 T olive oil
2 T lime juice
1 T honey or maple syrup
1 tsp Dijon
½ tsp chilpolte powder
1 clove garlic, minced
½ tsp salt
pinch black pepper
