1 20 oz. can diced pineapple
1 small box instant butterscotch pudding
5 - 6 Granny Smith apples
1 tub Cool Whip Topping
Directions:
Directions:
Dice apples. Personal preference if skin is left on. In a large bowl, add pineapple, with the juice and butterscotch pudding powder. Mix until powder is well incorporated. Fold in Cool Whip topping. Add diced apples and mix until well coated. Cover and chill until ready to serve.
