1 Family sized bag of Stacy's Pita Chips, simply naked flavor
7 eggs
2 c. milk
½ c. heavy cream
½ c. sugar
2 tbsp. vanilla
6 oz. blueberries, optional
½ c. all-purpose flour
½ c. firmly packed brown sugar
1 tbsp. ground cinnamon
¼ tsp. salt
1 stick butter

Grease 9 x 13 inch baking pan with butter. Pour in bag of pita chips and arrange evenly. In a bowl, mix together eggs, milk, cream, sugar, and vanilla. Pour egg mixture over pita chips. Cover pan with foil and place in refrigerator overnight, or at least 6 hours. Preheat oven to 350º F. Remove pan from refrigerator. Sprinkle blueberries on top. Mix together flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt. Slice butter and add to bowl. Use pastry cutter or mixer to cut butter into the flour mixture. Sprinkle flour mixture evenly over top. Bake for 35 - 45 minutes, or until bubbly and golden brown. Chips on top should be crispy and crunchy. Remove from oven and cut into squares. Drizzle with syrup and serve warm.
