Ingredients:  
¼ cup fresh lime juice
3 Tbsp canola oil
1 Tbsp soy sauce
2 Tbsp packed brown sugar
1 Tbsp sesame oil
1 Tbsp garlic, minced
1 Tbsp grated orange peel
2 small serrano chilies, sliced
9 ounce green beans, cut diagonally ½" pieces
1 9 ounce pkg linguine
2 cups shredded carrots
1 cup sliced green onions

Directions:
Directions:
1. Blend first 8 ingredients. Add salt and pepper. Let stand 30 minutes.
2. In large pot, cook green beans until crisp-tender, about 2 minutes. Transfer with slotted spoon to cold water to cool. Drain and pat dry.
3. Bring water back to boil, add pasta. Cook til not too soft, Drain and cool.
4. Combine all ingredients and chill.
