1 oz. Water, warm
1 tsp. Vinegar
½ tsp. Salt
1 c. Flour
1 c. Water, luke warm
1 c. Oil
½ c. Milk
3 Eggs
1 tsp. Vanilla
2 c. Flour
1½ tsp. Baking Powder
½ tsp. Salt
1 cup Sugar
½ tsp. Baking Soda
1 tbsp. Cinnamon
1 large box Instant Vanilla Pudding

**Starter** Dissolve yeast in warm water. Add vinegar, 1 cup flour, 1 cup luke-warm water and salt. Place in a plastic bowl, cover lightly with a paper towel.
Day 1-Do Nothing Day 2-Stir Day 3-Stir Day 4-Stir Day 5-Stir Day 6-Add 1 cup flour, 1 cup milk and 1 cup sugar Day 7-Stir Day 8-Stir Day 9-Stir Day 10-Add 1 cup flour, 1 cup milk and 1 cup sugar
Stir and pour 1 cup of mixture into 3 separate containers. Give 2 away to friends and keep 1 for yourself. Put remainder of mix into a large bowl to make into bread.

Preheat Oven to 350º. Grease and flour 2 bread pans.
**Bread** To the starter mix, add oil, milk, eggs and vanilla. In a separate bowl combine flour, baking powder, salt, sugar, baking soda, cinnamon and vanilla pudding mix. Combine the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients. Stir well. Pour into 2 bread pans. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar. Bake 1 hour or until baked thoroughly.

**Cooking Tips**
Always keep starter lightly covered with paper towel.
Do not refrigerate the starter at any time.
Before giving the starter to friends, make 2 copies of this recipe to give to them.
