4# chicken wing pieces
2 cup grated parmesan cheese ( I used fresh finely grated)
2 T. parsley
1 T. oregano or Italian spices
2 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 cup butter

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350º
Line 1-2 large rimmed cookie sheets with foil.

Cut wings into two pieces unless purchased in cut pieces. ( make sure there are no loose pieces of bone on wing.) Rinse and dry on towel.
In a shallow bowl or pan, mix parmesan and spices.
Melt butter in small bowl.
Dip each wing piece in butter then parm mixture and lay wing pieces on foil lined cookie sheets.
Bake for 1 hour. If a lot of fat/skin is trimmed off /cooking time may be less.
