1 lb sausage
1 lb chicken
1 can tomato sauce 8 ounce
1 can beef broth 15 ounce
1 can french onion soup
½ cup green onions
parsley
bay leaf
½ tsp cayenne
1 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Brown sausage and chopped chicken and put in a buttered 13 by 9 casserole dish. Add the remainder of ingredients. Bake at 350 degrees covered for 1½ hours. Sausage will rise to the top so you can stir it before serving.

This recipe was given to me by my walking buddy, Jackie Lopez. We walked in the morning for years to keep in shape but the conversation was usually about cooking and eating.
